We offer a 30 days returns policy , This means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request to return it , Due to our kits being made to order and bespoke there is a 25% restocking charge that we will deducted from any refund given.

To be eligible for a return , your item must be in the same condition as you received it in , unused and still in its original packaging
Issues or Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if there are any issues or damages to the item , we will do out best to resolve any issues that you might have .

Anything that we have made to your specification's , Cannot be refunded as they are bespoke to you and your company .

Refunds
Once we have received your authorised return , it will inspected , we will then let you know if your refund as been approved , once its been approved we will refund any moneys we owe you back to your payment method
